Our Chef in Residence Tassie Pippert has taken the greatest hits from our past seasonal menus to create a dining experience that you are sure to enjoy. 

A Shenandoah Valley native, Tassie is the Emmy Award-winning creator, host, and producer of Un-Wine’d on PBS and Faculty Emerita of JMU’s Hart School of Hospitality.

Inspired by her surroundings, Tassie carefully crafted a menu showcasing quality ingredients and dishes made from scratch. Each offers a familiar taste, elevated with a unique, modern flair.
