Tassie Pippert

We are pleased to have Chef-in-Residence Tassie Pippert lead the team and are grateful for her development of our dinner menu! Her insight and contributions have been invaluable and we are always excited to present her dishes to you. Tassie's generous spirit has been evident during each phase of the creation of her comfort food selections as well as during training of the restaurant team.

BIO
A Shenandoah Valley native, Tassie is a certified chef emeritus and is a certified wine specialist through Society of Wine Educators and WSET.  She is the Emmy Award-winning creator, host, and producer of Un-Wine'd on PBS and is Faculty Emerita of JMU's Hart School of Hospitality.
