We welcome Chef-in-Residence Tassie Pippert to the team and are grateful for her development of our new dinner menu! Her insight and contributions have been invaluable and we are excited to present her dishes to you. Tassie's generous spirit has been evident during each phase of the creation of her comfort food selections as well as during training of the restaurant team.
Tassie Pippert, a WSET-certified chef and wine specialist, earned a master's degree in education from James Madison University. She is a beloved professor emeritus of JMU's Hart School of Hospitality and a television host of Emmy award-winning Un-Wine'd, a cooking and wine show for Virginia Public Media.
